Every Moment is Your Time

How often do we realize how quickly time flies by? Why is it that some days feel longer than others? How come from time to time our memory feels so jaded? How did we miss out on the days that lie right in front of us?

There is no blame to put on time, but rather the blame is on us. For not paying attention to the moments that unfold, the moments that we rather spend feeling insecure, or regretting the past, or worrying about the future. We are missing out on experiencing everything that occurs in the present moment. We are wasting our attention on things that essentially won't be resolved with thoughts.

When we have no attention to action and are disassociating, time goes by unnoticed. There are ways to acknowledge our attention to every given moment. Applying intention throughout our day gives purpose to what we set ourselves out to do. Acknowledging how much control we have over our thoughts is very essential because overall we can choose to be happy, whenever we want.

So instead of wishing for a timeless moment, capture every moment of your time.
